Please do not hesitate to send us inquiries, as we want YOU to have the most successful and most fair experience on List4All._________________________________________________________________________________________________BEWARE ON LIST4ALL: INQUIRIESHere are some inquiries we've received from you.______________________________________________________________How is '- If a user buys or trades an item(s) from you, but decides to resell it at a greater price, you can report them' even fair? Sellers have the right to set it at whatever price they want, it's up to the buyer to decide whether it's a fair price or not. It's one of the basic tenets of capitalism...Greetings, ***Thank you for your inquiry. Here is a personal response: As a regular user on List4All, you will learn that honesty and fairness is key to successfully selling items on List4All. Say, for example, you spot an item you are interested in, priced at $40. You didn't know this but that user selling thatitem actually got the item for $15 from another List4All user (or even a local store). You didn't know this. But, even so do you feel that that is fair? Items, such as shoes, jewellery, and many more things may go up in value due to demand,or other factors. However, there are many things that don't need to go up in value. That's where the case of fairnesscomes in. You are right, because sellers have the right to price things at what ever price they wish. But many may stillfeel a sense of being deceived. The user does not exist anymore, but a good example is: http://www.list4all.com/buyerbeware/Northbby_i3.php.She bought a brand new bag at $140, yet was selling it (in already used condition) at a higher price. We hope this has helped clear things up. Let us know if you have any more inquiries. Enjoy face-trading! Beware On List4AllThank you for your response. If you wanted to buy the item that was priced at $40, you would probably consider it fair if you didn't realize that the seller had purchased it for $15.  Nobody's forcing you to pay $40 for the item - it's your choice.  If you didn't think that $40 was a fair amount to pay for the item, you probably wouldn't want to buy it -so why would you feel deceived if the seller had bout it for $15?  Let's say you went to Shoppers Drug Mart and bought lipgloss for $5.  Would you say that Shoppers Drug Mart was being unfair since they had purchased it from the manufacturer for only $1? I don't think so.  Greetings ***, Thank you for your inquiry. Here is a personal response:   It is anyone's free will to buy and sell as they please. You have made unarguable point. The goal of our list is to inform and warn other users. With that, we hope no user will have to feel deceived from purchasing an item thatwas regularly sold for less. Hence, the principle of forewarning.  We hope that this has helped clear things up.  Let us know if you have any more inquiries.  Enjoy face-trading! Beware On List4All A continuation of my previous email -  Who are you to say what appreciates in value and what doesn't? If you were to buy a house at $1,000,000, but the previous owner had purchased it at $800,000, would you be upset? It's all about market values and capitalism. From what I know, certain bags DO appreciate in value - if the person wanted to buy the used bag at more than $140, then she should beallowed to do so.  Perhaps the bag was no longer selling in stores?  Greetings ***, Thank you for your inquiry. Here is a personal response:   Please read the previous response we sent. The goal of our list is to inform and warn other users. Many will appreciatethis, and many will disagree, as you do. All in all, if one feels it is unfair that this situation has happened, they have the power to let other users know via our list.  We hope that this has helped clear things up.  Let us know if you have any more inquiries.  Enjoy face-trading! Beware On List4All  _________________________________________________________________________________________________ Hello again,The principle of forewarning is harmful to the reputation of one's list4all list. If I falsely accused a certain list of violating one of those listed rules, and their list name showed up on your 'beware' list, then who would be the victim? True, the falsely accused could post a reply denying my false claims, but their reputation would already be tarnished.  It is up to a buyer's due diligence to ensure that what they are buying is in fact what they wanted. You claim that 'clearing-out' and 'ju1cy' have somehow violated some of your 'rules,' yet no evidence is indicated.Would you be able to back up the claims? What if they were false accused? *** Greetings ***, Thank you for your inquiry. We understand that there is a potential risk in allowing users to e-mail us their experience to report, whetherthey include valid proof or not. We would like to point out that List4All is 100% free. Therefore, all users have100% freedom to buy, sell, e-mail, arrange, and meet-up. With that, we give them 100% freedom to warn otherusers. It is up to the viewers of our reports to determine whether or not they wish to approach a particular user, as said in each report. We  would also like to clarify that we, as a list, are not providing 'rules' or 'regulations'. Rather, we convey the wrongdoings that other users feel need to be disclosed by posting reports. We hope that this has helped clear things up. Let us know if you have any more inquiries. Enjoy face-trading! Beware On List4All _________________________________________________________________________________________________OTHER (COMMENTS)No replies are sent to e-mails that are neither regarded as reports nor inquiries. However, they can be posted in this section at your discretion.  _________________________________________________________________________________________________hey im the operator of list4all.com/***/ and you used a "beware of seller" i have on my list (the one including the newjuicy bag i sold and she resold it used for more falsely claiming she bought it else where that actually didn't carry the itemat all) which i don't mind, but someone went through the trouble to make a fake account (which, to the person who emailedme, makes you a loser ) to msg me about this new list "beware" they think i've created. If you could post this so they can see this and save them time from making another fake account to email me again and stop creeping my page that would be great. Also to the person that is making replies with you on your page, there is a difference between a used bag and house, property grows in value and a bag once the tags are ripped off and seasonsgo by loses value. Yes another person can pay more for the used bag the other bought for lessnew! but the original seller can share their opinion on the matter so a potentialbuyer can see. If i was the buyer and found out the item i purchased off another seller was purchased from someone else for alot less and was now in a different condition and i was bout to pay more ori did i'd like to know. Sellers should be honest, and in this case the buyer who bought from me and sold to another buyer wasn't honest. but in the end it's the new buyers decision to make whether to buy or not right? conclusion, don't want to end up on this list? be an honest sellerand don't scam people, it's as simple as that!
