brand new Tory Burch purse

I am selling a brand new with tags Tory Burch MinI Clara bag. The foam wrapping is on the handles and shoulder strap still.  It is in a moss green color.  Original price is 495 USD and I purchased it at the outlets for 375 USD.  I am asking for 300 (CAD), but I am open to reasonable offers.
