Radio Shack Microphone and Cast Iron Mic Stand
Realistic Dynamic Omnidirectional Microphone 33-985c and stand with cast iron base and flex shaft (about 12" long). Mike has 1/4" phone jack and on/off switch.

Good Quality solidly made old school microphone that I just never really use, plus a 1/4" to 1/8" adaptor which will alow you to use it with most home equipment or computers.
I can't find the stand adaptor, but if I find it I will include it. Otherwise you will have to supply one.
