QUICKSALE $20 (was $25) Silence and Noise Tulip Skirt Size 0, XS

I bought this skirt last year from Urban Outfitters and I absolutely adored it.  However, I have a crapload of skirts in my closet now and this one just doesn't seem to fit my style anymore.  It's still extremely cute AND it has pockets (who doesn't love pockets?!).   I bought this skirt for $50, not including tax, so $25 is a steal!  Size 0 (xs).
