Just some quick details about dealing with me:

1) all my clothing items are gently worn by me unless specified otherwise

2) I don't smoke or own pets so your item is from a smoke free & pet free home

3) cash sales only (sorry no personal cheques or money orders)

4) Local pick-up/meet-up at/near my downtown Vancouver location or Zone 1 Skytrain Stations

5) Prices stated are firm and generally no trades with maybe the exception of:
    a) New or Like New Juicy Couture size xs/p
    b) I'll look at any condition of True Religion Jeans 'Joeys' size 24 from 2004 or earlier... before the production sizing got big
    c) MAC cosmetics gift certificates (to be validated at the MAC store at time of exchange)

6) Because of the volume of calls I get,I don't pick up on blocked or unknown #'s.
    I will provide a cell phone # and I prefer text msg.
    If you choose to call, please let me know what # you will be calling so I can expect your call.
    Please also remember to unblock your number if it is normally set to private/ or blocked

7) A word about common courtesy. If you're running late or not planning to show up,
a quick phone call or txt msg is all that is needed to let me know.
