1. How do I place an order?
2. How do I become a member? You can become a member after your first purchase of $120 or more. You will be eligible for member pricing on subsequent purchases.
3. What is the in person trading policy for locals? In person trading by appointment only.
Preferred locations are Brentwood Mall, Metrotown Center, Richmond Center, and Skytrain stations.
4. How do I pay? Cash for in-person trade; Bank Transferral, or Paypal for other customers.
5. What is your refund/exchange policy? Sorry no refunds. Exchange or store credit on unopen/unused items within 3 days.
6. How can I place an order for pre-order items? * Please order and submit full payment by Wednesday.
* Sorry NO REFUND on pre-order items.
* Store credit or refund will only be issued for out of stock items.
* Store credit CANNOT be used as payment towards pre-order items.
* Allow 1 - 2 weeks to process.
7. How is store credit applied? Store credit can ONLY used for IN STOCK items. It cannot be used as payment towards pre-order items.
8. Can I pay by USD? Yes, rate is 1 to 1 with CAD.
