I have this question regarding the outcome of old apartments. Now that house prices are very high; we are been forced to buy apartments instead. So what would happen when the apartment gets old and needs to be rebuilt. Do we have to pay once again for the rebuilt? If it's not been rebuilt, then what do we get back in return when the land gets divided. Can someone please get back to me on this?
